Cheesy Penne Pasta, Broccoli, This is new for us, Excellent Dish
1 Box of Penne (or preferred Noodle)
1/2 cup of Cashews,
2 table spoons of Nutritional Yeast Flakes
Salt and Pepper to taste
Oatmeal for Breakfast
4 cups of Oats (Gluten Free)
½ cup of Raisins or Dates
1 tbsp. of Cinnamon
2.5 cups of water
Bring Oatmeal to a boil and add things like, bananas, peaches nuts etc…
Lentils and Sweet Potatoes
2 Cups of Lentils
2 Sweet Potatoes
(We usually make a green veggie, like Broccoli or a Salad.
We call this Vuna Fish.

Made with Chick Peas, celery, onions, Tahini, Coconut Aminos, Black Pepper, Salt, Cyanine Pepper, Paprika, Coconut Sugar
Chick peas are slightly mash, with a fork, to give it almost that same Tuna consistency.
