Imagine yourself, in good health enjoying life. What does that look like to you? Drawing from experience, and seeing how important it is to eat healthy, so that we can enjoy life. Many are suffering from diseases that are caused by the foods they eat. 90 percent of our health issues come from the food we consume.
Now I would like to hear from you. What are your thoughts on this subject. How are you enjoying life and what are some of the thing you can change to become a more healthier you?
It only gets better from here. Be encouraged
Someone once said, if we don't educate ourselves about our family history, we are doomed to repeat it.
The reason I choose to eat this way, is quite simple. It actually feels good when I eat the righ kind of foods. I have more energy, no pain in joints from inflammation, and most importantly, I feel great... Even if someone where to incorporate more plant protein then, then animal protein, that would at least help you some.
90 percent of all our health issues l, I can say is caused from what we eat. For example, diabetes "runs in most people's families". Those that are on the Standard American Diet.
If both my parents have diabetes, am I more susceptible to getting it also? I think this is simple math.
List of things my parents ate growing up
Veggies had oil in them.
List of what I ate growing up
The same...only to include the processed food like substances...like potatoe chip....etc...
Changing your eating habits, along with exercise and a good nights rest, and of course lots of water, can actually put you in a better position to take care of yourself.
The Father made our bodies to heal themselves. So I believe we were fearfully and wonderfully made.
Just a little something I like to call real food. My wife cooks this way and I love her for that. Bon Appetite...
I Eating healthy is obviously the best way to go. I typically try to allow myself 1 cheat day every other week. Of course that's not the entire day of bad food, but picking a meal that is still still kind of healthy and enjoying that meal.
The idea is to not stray too far from your new lifestyle change and completely fall off the wagon. But everything moderately. You will however, find that the more you don't eat something, your body is being reintroduced to that food again. Which may cause issues, so find substitutes that don't cause issues.
Example would be Non Dairy Ben and Jerrys Ice Cream, instead of the regular Ice Cream. I can't say that it's healthier, but it is a substitute, none the less.
